STEP 1
This is an electronic application form. Before filling out this application,
- Please pay the relevant application fee for your degree.
- Make sure you have the scanned copies of the following documents to be uploaded during the application process.
- Passport size photograph (soft copy) — .jpeg/.jpg/.png
- Scanned copy of the Application Fee Payment Slip — .jpeg/.jpg/.png
- Scanned copies of Relevant Educational Certificates — .pdf
- Scanned copy of your National Identity Card (NIC) — .pdf
- Scanned copy of your Passport (If available) — .pdf

Generate your application form by providing the necessary details and uploading the documents mentioned in STEP 1 to the System.
STEP 3
At the end of the process, you will receive an email with your submitted information for your reference. This confirms that you have successfully submitted the application form.
Notes:
- If you fail to complete the application form due to any interruptions or make any errors during the process, you must fill a new application form.
- Please generate separate application forms for each degree program.
