Application procedure

Please read the following instructions clearly and follow them.

STEP 1
This is an electronic application form. Before filling out this application.

• Please pay the relevant application fee for your degree.
• Make sure you have the scanned copies of the following documents to be uploaded during the application process.
1. Professional Photograph (soft copy) — .jpeg/.jpg/.png
2. Scanned copy of the Application Fee Payment Slip — .jpeg/.jpg/.png
3. Scanned Certified copy of your Degree Certificate — .pdf
4. Scanned Certified copy of your Degree Transcript — .pdf
5. Scanned Certified copy of your Other Educational Qualification Certificates (If available. Ex: Post graduate Diploma/Diploma/etc.) — .pdf
6. Scanned Certified copy of your Birth Certificate (Sinhala or English translation only) — .pdf
7. Scanned Certified copy of your Service Letters. (Including current working experience) — .pdf
8. Scanned Certified copy of your National Identity Card (NIC) — .pdf
9. Scanned Certified copy of your Passport (If available) — .pdf

STEP 2
Generate your application form by providing the necessary details and uploading the documents mentioned in STEP 1 to the System.

STEP 3
At the end of the process, you will receive an email with your submitted information for your reference. This confirms that you have successfully submitted the application form.

Notes:

1. If you fail to complete the application form due to any interruptions or make any errors during the process, you must fill out a new application form.
2. Please generate separate application forms for each degree program.
